The Environmental Planning & Assessment (Identification of Buildings with External Combustible cladding) Regulation 2018 – under the Environmental Planning & Assessment act 1979, provides information on the requirements of the owner of a building to provide information on the external combustible cladding to the Secretary of Department of Planning & Environment.
New laws require building owners to register certain buildings with combustible cladding with the NSW Government.
